By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Using the site

You may use this site for lawful personal shopping. You agree not to:

• Interfere with the site, its security, or its availability to others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, server or database.
• Submit malicious code, or use the forms to send spam or abusive content.
• Use automated tools to scrape, place orders, or test payment card numbers.
• Resell our products as new, or misrepresent their origin or condition.

We may suspend or refuse access where we reasonably believe this section has been breached.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this site, and you must be old enough to enter a binding contract and hold a valid payment card in your own name to place an order. Our services are not directed to children.

Products and descriptions

Every product page lists the size, net contents, texture, finish, container, country of origin, period after opening and the full INCI ingredient declaration for that item. We take care to keep these accurate.

Colours vary between screens, and packaging or formulation may be updated between production batches. Always read the label and ingredient list on the item you receive before use, particularly if you have a known allergy or sensitivity.

All products sold here are cosmetics. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and no product is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you have a skin condition or a known allergy, consult a qualified healthcare professional. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

All products are authentic, new and sourced through our own supply chain. We do not sell counterfeit, replica, grey-market or second-hand goods.

Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation. The order confirmation page and email acknowledge receipt; they are not acceptance.

We may decline or cancel an order, refunding you in full, where:

• The item is out of stock or has been discontinued.
• A price or description was materially wrong.
• Payment could not be verified, or the order was flagged by our fraud checks.
• The delivery address is one we do not ship to.
• The quantity ordered suggests resale rather than personal use.

Pricing and payment

• All prices are in USD ($) and are shown with the currency code.
• Shipping is calculated and shown in your bag and again at checkout before you pay.
• Applicable sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout where we are required to collect it.
• We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover. Payment is processed by Stripe.
• Payment is taken in full at the time of order. We do not offer credit, instalments or payment on account.

If a price is listed in error, we will contact you before dispatch and you may confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund. Full detail is on the payment & security page.

Promotions, discounts and offers

Unless the specific offer says otherwise, the following terms apply to every promotion, discount code, sale price and offer:

• One promotion code per order. Codes cannot be combined with each other.
• Codes apply to the merchandise subtotal only, not to shipping or tax.
• Codes have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be applied retrospectively to an order already placed.
• Every offer has a stated end date or runs while stocks last.
• Offers are for personal use and are limited to a reasonable quantity per customer and per household.
• “Was” and comparison prices refer to our own most recent regular selling price for that item on this site.
• Free-shipping thresholds apply to the merchandise subtotal after discount.
• If a promotional item is returned, the discount is recalculated and only the amount actually paid is refunded.
• We may withdraw or amend a promotion at any time, without affecting orders already accepted.
• Bundle and set prices apply only while every item in the set is in stock; if one is unavailable we will contact you before dispatch.

We do not currently offer subscriptions, free trials, auto-renewing plans or memberships.

Sale, geographic and legal restrictions

These restrictions apply to everything sold on this site:

• Geographic: we sell and ship only to the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. We do not ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, freight forwarders and international destinations. Orders placed for a restricted destination will be cancelled and refunded.
• Export: we do not export these products, and we do not sell for onward export. You may not export or re-export anything bought here in breach of U.S. export control or sanctions law, including to any embargoed destination or sanctioned party.
• Age: orders may only be placed by those aged 13 or over.
• Product scope: we sell only non-medicated cosmetics and cosmetic accessories. We do not sell, and will not list, prescription products, medicines or regulated health products.
• Resale: products are sold for personal use. We do not supply wholesale through this site, and we may decline orders whose quantity indicates resale.
• Regulatory: cosmetic labelling and ingredient rules differ by country. Products sold here are formulated and labelled for the U.S. market and may not comply with the rules of another jurisdiction.

We do not sell, and will not list, any product prohibited by our payment processors or by law — including pharmaceuticals or prescription items, controlled substances, tobacco or nicotine, weapons, adult products, counterfeit or infringing goods, or any product making a therapeutic or drug claim.

Delivery, returns and refunds

Our shipping, returns and refunds policy forms part of these terms. In summary: dispatch in 1-2 business days; 30-day returns on unopened items; refunds 7 business days after inspection; free cancellation within 60 minutes. Opened cosmetics cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

Intellectual property

The LuxeBloom Beauty name, logo, site design, photography, product copy and other original material on this site are owned by LuxeBloom Beauty LLC or used under licence. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission.

You may keep a personal copy of pages for your own reference, including your order records.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, business or data.

Nothing here excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded — including your statutory consumer rights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are subject to the courts of Orange County, Florida, except where consumer protection law in your place of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.

Please contact us first. Almost everything is resolved faster directly than formally.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our products, providers and legal obligations change. The version in force for your order is the one published when you placed it. The “last updated” date above always reflects the current version.
